Accepting Major Insurance Companies and Will Provide Superbills for Reimbursement for Private Pay
Insurance (In Network)
We are currently in-network with Aenta. We are working to become in-network with other major insurance companies:
- BCBS
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- United Health Care
- Humana
Insurance (Out of Network)
We accept private pay by cash or card and can provide Superbills for out-of-network providers. We provide you with a Superbill (Invoice) on the day of service to send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. A Superbill is a receipt of services that have been rendered. You can submit this Superbill to your insurance company to possibly receive reimbursement. It is strongly recommended that you contact your insurance company before your initial evaluation to ensure that services are eligible for reimbursement.
Service Fees
During your free phone consultation, your clinician will provide you with the type of evaluation required and the fee for the evaluation.
All private payments and copayments are collected at the time of service. A valid credit card will be kept on file in our billing system and will be charged at the time of service.
We collect a copayment and bill your insurance after services are rendered.
